I provide individual therapy, specializing in anxiety, depression, experiences of trauma, and problematic drug and alcohol use or addiction. I recognize that these struggles can stand alone, but are often co-occurring and connected to each other or with other difficult life experiences and transitions. I believe these struggles should be treated and addressed concurrently and holistically. Therapy allows individuals to explore challenges that they are facing and uncover new strategies for coping, taking control, and moving forward.
I am also a yoga teacher with specialized certification in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I incorporate whole person approaches to healing, utilizing mindfulness, breath work, and exploration of the mind-body connection to support ongoing change and increased awareness. I offer private and group yoga for trauma, depression, and anxiety.
